MK Roy is a Senior Sports Strength and Conditioning Coach based out of Mumbai, India. He more than 25 years of experience training top-tier atheletes, having coached players who have went on to win Asian Games Gold and Bronze medals for India, and who are presently playing for many Ivy League colleges in the USA.

He is an NSCA certified professional coach, Certified NIS Athletic coach, and EXOS Performance Specialist.  He assisted Dronacharya awardee Kuntal Roy for 15 years. A fitness coach in Leander Paes’s Tennis academy, he was also awarded by Maharashtra Government for Expert consultancy services.
