First and foremost, rest days allow your body, muscles, and tissues to repair. No matter your fitness level or the type of exercise you prefer, your body needs to heal to perform better. For active recovery it is important to maintain blood flow on your rest days and Yoga poses can help keep your muscles nourished and speed up the recovery process by opening up tight connective tissue, allowing blood to flow to areas with poor circulation.

We specialise in  Classic, Iyengar and Yin yoga styles.
